The allocation of login-id and password shall be
done through Supplier Registration Procedure.

It is the
duty of the Supplier to keep the allocated
password as confidential.
- Default password shall be changed immediately on
putting system/login-id into operation when first
logging on. In case of systems/login-id, which is
supplied without passwords, password protection
shall be activated on putting the system/login-id
into operation.
- Supplier shall be aware of guidelines
specified for Password Selection
and Password Handling
defined in
Password
Guidelines.
- Password Should be of minimum 7
(seven)
charactors and maximum 20 (twenty) charactors.

The Password must
contain at least 4 alphabets, 2
numeric characters and 1 special character
The
alphabets
includes lower case and upper case letters
A,B,C,D... etc.
The
numeric characters
include
0,1,2,3... etc.
The
Special characters
include punctuation characters and non-alphanumeric
characters like
@,#,$,%,&,*,{,},+,?,(,)...
etc.
